Return Policy
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are not, we have set out below a summary of your rights in the event that you wish to return a product.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. If the candle is broken, we will provide a refund or ship you a replacement candle at no additional charge. You must provide a photo of damaged items within 48 hours of receipt.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email sales@serenitybyliza.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return stating the reasons for the return.
Items must be returned to us within 28 working days of your delivery. Please ensure that the return package is properly sealed. Please note that refunds will not be provided for returned items that show signs of unreasonable use.
Please retain your proof of postage in order to show that you have returned the items, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned package. We cannot accept liability for returned items lost in transit. Unless the items are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us.
Refunds will be processed within five (5) days of receiving your returned items, provided that they are in their original condition. You will receive an email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.
An exchange or replacement will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned items and will be delivered via standard delivery.
